Koch must have seniority because Koch is no superstar yet. But Rowand is the kind of guy that gives 100% every game he plays. IT goes without saying that he is a team guy.
December 20, 200223 yr Koch said in a radio interview that I heard that he was paying Rowand something for the number, or at least, gifting him. According to Koch, he says he hopes Rowand remembers that Koch isn't that rich and it can't be a platinum Rolex, and if they can't find agreement, Rowand keeps the number.
