September 22, 200322 yr Author What are you trying to do to the pic? I did a spray paint affect on the pic I have in my sig now to dull out the backround. Plus I want to reduce the size of it.

Although I usually reduce the sixe of images in either microsoft word or this one picture editor program I have on my computer.
