    When is the RIAA going to realize that:

     

    A. People are not willing to pay the current prices for music. "Illegal" downloads are not slumping sales, an economy where consumer spending is down is leading to decreased sales.

     

    B. You cannot stop music downloads. It's impossible. Everyone talks about Kazaa but there are thousands of people hosting FTP servers and many other actual P2P communities. The RIAA is just making themselves look greedy. How do you sue a 12 yr old kid? lmao
