Hurts worse than most. I think we could have put a serious hurt on the NYY and made it to the ALCS at the very least. The Cubs making the postseason against AAA teams doesn't make our choke any easier either. I'm seriously bummed today..... more so than I have been at seasons end in the past. This sucks. March 4th was announced as the first ST game broadcast on AM1000 by Rooney and Farmer. That's a whole 6 months from this upcoming Saturday. I'm depressed.

really we didn't choke that badly, i know the sweep in the dome sucked but even if we won all three and all the other outcomes were the same (big assumption i know, but still), we'd still be a game back. it's just that the twins had a steady diet of tigers and indians and wouldn't lose.

We lost our last 5 games to the Twins. We choked. Big time.

It just didn't happen.

I'm disappointed, but not because the sCrUBS won the Comedy Central.

The Twins proved that they are the better team, and I have to accept that.

 

But really, the disappointment is fading quickly.

No point in wondering what might have happened.

March 4th is on my radar now, and it doesn't really matter to me what goes on in the playoffs. Sox aren't in, so neither am I.

 

Let the season go, Killa - life's too short - besides, there's plenty of anger to direct at the SlackHawks!!!

If we had won 3 more against Minnesota we would gain six games on Minnesota and not just 3. Three more wins w/ three less losses for us and vice versa for the Twins.

Call me silly, but I think the Bears are going to have much more anger directed at them than the Hawks will...
