October 3, 200322 yr It all depends on how the payroll thing plays out. Can we afford to keep an $8mil a year DH? Can we afford not to keep Frank? KW has a lot of issues to deal with this off season that would affect my decision.
October 3, 200322 yr I voted no for one reason...... In your scenario, you give the impression you are asking as if it is the Sox choice. If it is the Sox choice to keep him, then Frank has declined his $6 mil option. In that scenario, I do not think the Sox should keep Frank at their $8 mil option.
