Battenfield SAL POTW

Featured Replies

Was Battenfield the one that gained like 3-4 mph on his fastball this year? I can't remember who it was just someone who was a good control, low velo pitcher gained a couple ticks and was looking like much more of a prospect and I for some reason I think it was him.

Reliever last year @ Great Falls  but  starting pitcher this year in Kannapolis. I think the Sox are starting a new phase with later draft picks that might target relief pitchers who they hink they can convert into starters. Look for how many relief pitchers the Sox take  maybe starting in rd. 15 or so.
