Man oh man you aren't kidding about the steak joints either.  A Saltgrass down there blows away most anything except the best places up here

YOU focker ya just Had to mention a Saltgrass, ay? I'm suddenly fckin' ravenous...I think you hit it right on the head with that description, too. They opened a new one somewhere along 45 last time I was down there, and it seemed kinda plain. I go and order a filet, and while chowing it (no knife needed) I was thinkin', "damn, this is right on par w/Ruth's Chris, minus the presentation." Unreal.

I accepted a position in Las vegas. My salary and benefits will be VERY similar to my previous job.  I could not have gotten this position without an EXCELLENT reference from my previous employer.  I guess that rules out some of my haters "theories". lmao...............anyway,  I start Monday. I will be out of town for a week for training, so if you miss me next week, thats where I will be...........
