Iphone/Safari 406 error

Featured Replies

So I’ve thought this forum was down for 4-5 days now because every time I tried to go to this site on my iPhone 10 with safari I got a “not acceptable 406 error.” I finally tried on my laptop and realized that the forum seems to be operating perfectly fine.

Has anyone ever experience this before or know what I can do to get it working? The site worked perfectly fine on my phone up until last week. I went to safari settings and cleared my history/data and still nothing. I’ve also just noticed that if I request the desktop site it works (how I’m posting now), but the mobile site just doesn’t work . The error screen i get every time is copied/pasted below. Thanks for any help, could really use my Sox fix during work hrs lol

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 406 Not Acceptable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am trying to figure out, but have no idea.  It is becoming a common issue on Safari with other forums (not just Soxtalk).

Thanks for the response, at least it’s not just me I guess
