Thank you.  That  is the most clear article I have read on this subject matter. I also did not think directly the decisions on the Jones and Castillo trade effected the Vera signing timing until you raised this frustration and that it ultimately will hurt us in January. 

This is probably the thing that angered more thsn anything during the rebuild.  I don't know if deals fell through or a Cuban didn't come through (maybe they projected Colas earlier?) , or if they really did go cheap, but this can't happen.
