Reading the stories on the managerial search it is written that a new person has been in the White Sox' scope for manager. Any clue who might be looked at? I hope it's Carlton Fisk myself, but I like to dream too.

I saw the name of Nick Levya mentioned for the first time today. I don't know if there is anyone besides that.

Robin Yount is the "under the radar" candidate. My dad says there's been some talk about it from Arizona (papers, sports radio, etc.)

Are you kidding? If that is the same guy that I think it is, than I play hockey at the U of A with his son Casey. That would be awesome, although I don't know what kind of experience he has.

I know quite a few people within the organization are big Levya fans so it doesn't come as a real shock that he's getting considered.

 

I actually think most in the organization prefer him to Backman and would of said it even before the lastest reports on Backman.

 

I still think it will be Yount or Guillen.

Either yount or Guillen would be fine with me
