Oppor totally lost his command in the 3rd inning. 2 walks, couple of singles. Got out of a bases loaded jam only giving up one run. The batter fouled off 11 pitches and worked a 3-2 count...and it ends on a pitch clock violation. Backwards K? His last start of the season unless he goes up to AA where he might have a chance to start the last regular season game. I don't know if that's likely. Finishes at 5.0 IP 2 hits, 2 runs (1 earned), 3 BBs, 4 Ks. His stuff looked really good and battled through command issues in the 3rd and 4th. Fastball got up to 99 mph, slider looked really nasty.
