January 20, 200323 yr I'd say that we are just the beneficiary of Steinbrenner's goal to make sure that the Red Sox didn't get Colon. Regardless.....KW still looks good. I'm not happy about getting Colon....OK, maybe I am....but the reason I'm happiest right now is because of the fact that OSUNA IS NOT ON THE WHITE SOX ANYMORE! THROW A f***ING CELEBRATION EVERYONE! Yeah his 8-2 record and 3.86 ERA blew ass last year. Thank god he is gone. He was a mediocre reliever who's arm was falling off....an ERA over 3.50 as a reliever is mediocre. I could have stood him another year, but the fact that he made about $2.5 mill next year bugged me....why in the hell would you pay $2.5 mill for a reliever not much better than mediocrity(if he is better than mediocrity)? I'd rather pay $1 mill for a guy like Tom Gordon or pay close to nothing for a guy like Matt Ginter even than spend $2.5 mill on Osuna.
