Yeah if you put it that way I guess your right. I have never looked at his numbers to be honest with you.

 

 

It's hard to consider that he was so productive, because coming off of his 50 doubles/50 homers season. The Sox gave him a $10 mill a year deal.

 

It made Sox fans expect miracles. Myself included. Plus, I believe his BA plummeted.
