January 29, 200422 yr If Kerry wins, I think he'll beat Bush. If Kerry wins the nomination, he'll have shown he can garner support in the south and midwest. Bush rolls over any of the other candidates, unfortunately.
January 29, 200422 yr Illinois has been D for at least the last 3 elections. Not sure before that.. You're right. It went to Reagan in '80 and '84.

January 29, 200422 yr I would like to see Edwards bee the VP candidate to Kerry if he doesn't win it all. That's a prretty strong ticket for the Dems. However, Edwards is leading in SC.
