September 28, 200223 yr being a 20 game winner and making 310,000 a year while bob howery or a royce clayton or a osuna make more i would be so-so-so mad
September 29, 200223 yr Right now, if I was Buehrle, I'd just be pissed that my teams offense didn't come to help me out today.
September 29, 200223 yr Buehrle can't be upset about the offense. sure it would be nice to have run support, but the fact is Buehrle was in when that two-run homer was hit. A great outing for Buehrle, but it isn't that he never had a lead and was fighting from behind or the bullpen blew it. sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. you know what would be cool. if the Sox take a REALLY big lead in tomorrow game. then in the fifth inning with two outs, pull Garland and let Buehrle throw to the last batter of the inning. then have the bullpen pitch the rest. it wouldn't be a legit win, but I think Buehrle deserves 20 wins. of course, that won't happen for health reasons.
September 29, 200223 yr Mark B really does need to be making at least 2 mill a year. As a gesture of good faith the Sox need to pay him a few bucks extra next year.
September 29, 200223 yr Author yea they should give him a nice bonus too this year god damnit knocked over my weed container(random info)
September 29, 200223 yr ask rps about marks agent.. then you will know why hes making less than everyone else.........

Can't disagree with you there.Think they left at least 11 on base today. I guess Gary Ward didn't tell them they'd have to manufacture runs sooner or later.;)
September 29, 200223 yr Originally posted by soxfan420even tony g gets paid more than him THAT IS SO SAD. TOO BAD FOR BURHLE THAT HIS AGENT IS A DUMB f***ING HICK FROM THE WRONG SIDE OF THE TRACKS IN ST LOUIE.
September 29, 200223 yr Buerhle pitched great, but he didn't get 20 wins. Ya, you could blame the offense on todays game or you could go back and look at a couple games where Buerhle got a ton of support and ended up giving up a lot of runs. He didn't get it this year, but hopefully he gets it next year for our playoff ball club.

September 30, 200223 yr Didn't Buehrle and his agent make a proposal and the great JR make a counter proposal? Then didn't JR lowball him even further when he signed him? The owners still have leverage over guys with less than 4 years in the game don't they? Anyway, if Buerhle continues to pitch like an ace don't you think he's going to remember this when it's time to sign a long term deal for real money? Oh and by the way these last three games left me in a surly mood. You see which team made a statment don't you.
September 30, 200223 yr lol si you have to ask rps about the time he explained how to figure out an era to a certian agent at a tailgate party..... it was rather comical when joeybatters and a few others jumped in.....
September 30, 200223 yr Fans teaching the agents. Classic! If i were him I'd be figuring Mark's era after every game. I know that guy can't have many other players if any. Mark is his meal ticket.
