February 25, 200422 yr Author Says Ozzie will be Ozzie and that the whole trade-me-now tantrums were greatly exaggerated by the media. Says he's been dealing with Ozzie for years and knows his in your face style and is fine with it and that Ozzie will energize the clubhouse, wanting to win real bad. "He's a joy to be around, you never know what he will say". HAHAHA. Says he doesn't expect anything given to him and will bust his ass to earn it. Says that the FA market was depressed back in December. Says he wanted to relax and not deal with baseball in the off season. Didn't want to pick up the phone for ANYBODY. Period. Singing praises to Ozzie as a manager influnced by LaRussa, Cox, MaKean, etc. Again. Stop it. Now he talks about not caring about his BA average as much as his CLUTCH hitting and power. Now he says that he doesn't think there should be 2 sets of records for steroid freaks and for others. What a liar!
