March 16, 200422 yr Good riddence to him.. I'm happy for him personally. He was rotting away in our system, atleast now in Cleveland he has a chance to see if he is a major league pitcher. Cleveland did that same kind of thing with Casey Blake, a former Twin minor leaguer stuck behind Koskie...now he is going to be a huge part of their team, and will almost undoubtedly be a big part of whatever success they have.
March 17, 200422 yr Porzio was just an inning eater for us. I'm glad he's out of our team, and the best of luck to him. But he is old, and is just trying to make a spot on the team.
March 17, 200422 yr Porzio had his chances here and never stepped up and took advantage of his opportunities. Maybe a fresh start is all he needs, but I can't wait to see him pitching to our lineup. There will be some major stat padding going on.
