I just checked out the new baseball blog site by Aaron Gleeman and a bunch of other baseball nuts. They have a list of their top 50 prospects in all of baseball 2004 and guess who comes out #4 (I've never heard of BJ Upton for some reason). The site looks alot like Aaron's site and it should be pretty good, here is the article:
