Do any of the search engines track your searches and try to guess the relevance? For example if I search

2. Shelby

3. Chrysler

4. Car Dealers Rio Grande Valley

Would they bump up all the Chrysler dealers over Ford or Chevy?

I don't think any of them have those kind of capabilities yet.

Not exactly, but the advertising bot on Google and other advertising companies can track you and cater ads to your specific interests.
