BULL/REX, is Stumm going to start or relieve at Win-Sal. I hate to think he couldn't stick in AA, surprised about An too, he pitched well at AA last year.

Not sure MSF. Obviously there is a logjam of pitchers at the AAA and AA level. It really seems like we have about 15 pitchers that are at least AA level guys plus the AAA pitchers. Unfortunately, unless they move some bodies, some guys may get pushed back to AA who otherwise deserve a shot at AAA. And at the same time, others will get pushed back to Class A who really shouldn't be there.

That is where the scouting department comes in HUGE! They have to evaluate which really have a shot at the big leagues, and if they dont..... bye bye

Bull or Rex, what about Eric Stephenson, we took him as Rule V minor league draft from Toronto. Was going to quit baseball to become a fireman. Did he quit or did he decide to give it a shot with us. One of our scouts was pretty adamant this guy had the stuff to make it.

Stephenson is definitely not in camp, so I guess he is gonna be a fireman. And I talked to Munoz today and he is gonna start.

Bull, I don't guess you are too disappointed that Meaux and Munoz, two LHP are now starting. Kinda cuts down on the numbers ahead of you, doesn't it?
