April 23, 200422 yr Any comments? Thoughts? :puke Or am I way out in left field? Honestly I have no idea who the kid is. All I heard talked about are all of the DLine kids. The only real "surprise" pick I had heard predicted before now was Lee Evans.

April 23, 200422 yr I still dont think the Giants will trade up, I think the Skins will take Sean Taylor if he's there, and I don't see Andrews falling that far. Also I don't see how the Raiders can take another reciever when they have so many other holes to fill, like RB. I think they keep trading down til they get to a spot to pick a Kevin Jones or a Chris Perry and either Jacksonville or Atlanta takes Roy Williams.

April 23, 200422 yr The Raiders cannot depend on Jerry Rice and Tim Brown much longer. Yeah but they have them for this year, and Jerry Porter is young. They can win with those three this year, which is obviously what they want to do. They need a linebacker, a safety, and a running back among other things. The draft is deep with recievers, they can wait and get quality.

So, according to your mock draft, both Wilfork and Harris will still be available. Jerry would grab one of those two for certain. But I like the idea of another shutdown cornerback, definitely. They're usually only available in the first round, although we got one in the second round last year. Also, the Cardinals already have a monster at WR. If anything, they need a running back. I see them trading down.
April 24, 200422 yr Detroit won't take Jackson at #6, they'll try to trade down with Pittsburgh or Buffalo to get him. Othawise I think Tampa Bay will snap him up at #15, since Pittman is now goin to jail. Dallas won't reach for Perry at #22, they'll trade down if Jones or Jackson are off the board to get more picks. They need O-Line and D-Line depth badly, especially since Larry Allen is goin to get traded since he's in Parcells' Doghouse. If Andrews is on the board at #22, Dallas will pick him.
