May 11, 200421 yr I can think of a lot of pitchers that wanted long term contracts, and ended up falling apart after leaving Chicago. Outside of that admittedly important 1st half of 2000 and of course Game 3 of ALDS that year, JB has been a mediocre pitcher at best. Her also had some injury problems. I would have let him go for free.
May 11, 200421 yr The heck with those guys! Where is Chris Snopek? He was my wifes favorite. The only player to get brought up who actually played with Jordan! Or so I remember reading. I also saw recently that there was an article on Caruso, where is he now? Did he retire? I think Ichiro copied his style of leaving the box during the swing. Yes, I am kidding. But Caruso did the same thing, just not quite as effective.
May 11, 200421 yr I just hope JB has his hat low and gets the win. Big old time fan of JB right here.
May 11, 200421 yr JB was one of the better pitchers the Sox had, I hope he can do well tonite and get back on track.
May 12, 200421 yr These last two posts confuse the hell out of me. They both basically say "I hope JB does well", and I'm sure all of us do. But it WAS posted earlier in the thread about how he left after 2 innings while giving up 7 runs. I mean, he got the s*** hit out of him. All you have to do is scroll down a little and read, or read the box score of the game.
