May 14, 200421 yr so far. Cotts - 0-1 record Marte - 1-1 record, 2 saves and 3 blown saves Shingo - 2-0 record, 2 holds All 3 have a very good 2.40 ERA, but Shingo's WHIP and o-ba are better.
May 14, 200421 yr do u think they should be using him sparingly so that the league does not start figuring him out or do u think he will be too tough for the majority of the league to hit anyway that is will not matter how many innings he pitches

May 14, 200421 yr I jumped on the Shingo bandwagon the first time I saw him in person. He made Vernon Wells look like a blind kid swinging a bat. He has a nasty nasty knuckle-change, or whatever it is. I actually think he should be our closer.

May 14, 200421 yr I think Shingo just needed to adjust to the hitters here in MLB. Heck he has adjusted well thus far. I liked seeing how his pitches move and make hitters look foolish.
