From the looks of it, I'd be surprised if they didn't arrest him and charge him with aggravated battery. That still pic looks worse than the crack from behind that McSorley was criminally charged with a few seasons ago.

nothing happen to the prick. i am sorry, but if that was me, that guy would be in for a serious ass beating and i wouldn't care if he was the star or not.

Guerin proceeds to slash him while he's going down by the way. The kid is from Vernon B.C. I think pestered the s*** out of him all day and Guerin I guess didn't think he deserved it. The guy was fine though(different than the McSorley which was way worse) and there is no discipline because it was not a league situation. The guy was rewarded by being cut the next day. It was a fluke that cameras caught it s*** goes on at camps, that's pretty violent, the Calgary Flames just cut an Ultimate Fighting Dude they tried out.

the man who is in charge of the league, has the power to dispense penalty as he see it. even in the their practice. bettman didn't do anything b/c he didn't want to get dal management mad at him.
