Al Lopez Ghost (old)
Do we have another Josh Fields in the minors too? A pitcher I think. Plus two Carlos Lees. Still there's only one Billy Koch.
Rex Hudler
Yes, Josh Fields is also a reliever in AA with the Barons. He is a solid pitcher who produces consistently. He doesn't have great stuff, but he is a bulldog type and gets the job done. He is currently 3-1 with a 0.93 ERA in 29 IP. He has given up 20 hits and struck out 31, while walking only 4. He along with Jeff Bajenaru and Matt Smith are why the Barons bullpen has been real solid recently. Shouldn't this be on the Minor League board?? Gene Honda Civic
Kenny's just looking to stockpile a bunch of simillar names so that he can pull his own Berry/Barry deal.
Cerbaho-WG
Josh Fields, a guy who I've liked for a while now, also comes from the coolest town in the United States: Hungry Horse, Montana.
MnSoxFan
There is another Josh Fields in Georgia, a HS player, projected high but committed to college so not likely to be taken high in draft.
MnSoxFan
18th rated player in Ga, • RHP Josh Fields, who has thrown out a seven-figure price tag and but is only 6-foot, 165-pounds, is headed to Georgia. Fields, once a bat boy for the Bulldogs, reminds some scouts of Bo Lanier because he shows a quick arm, low 90s velocity and has a good curveball, but he's made it clear he wants to go to school. YASNY
Josh Fields, a guy who I've liked for a while now, also comes from the coolest town in the United States: Hungry Horse, Montana. LOL ... That's a cool name for a town. But, I offer this one up: Possum Trot, Kentucky
DBAHO
Kenny's just looking to stockpile a bunch of simillar names so that he can pull his own Berry/Barry deal. I've always suspected he wants to rip off sum young new GM with that type of a deal. What bout includin Kenny Williams in it?
Rex Hudler
Unfortunately, the Josh Fields that is currently in AA blew a save tonight, giving up three runs in the 9th as the Barons lost 4-3.
