White Sox and mlbtv.com question

Sorry if this thread is an annoyance of any kind(you can delete it once hopefully I get a few people's opinions)

I'm away from home and was wondering how the quality of video is on the mlb.com games?

I'm considering doing the pay for an individual game thing and I have a cable modem. Is the quality of the picture good?

any help would be very much appreciated

its okay. sometimes its dark and you cant really see good. but i don't care that its not really clear as along as i can see what goin on

BTW if you have comcast internet you can get 30 days free ;) (thats why i dont care about the quality, cause its free ;) )

Depending on where you are, you may be able to find a local bar that subscribes to the MLB package and watch it there...I know some Hooters have it and all of the ESPN Zone's have it as well.

Hey, Tmar? I have Comcast internet, but I've had it for the past year. Do you have to be a new subscriber to have mlb.tv for 30 days?

I have Road Runner cable access and when I go to full screen the image is blurry, with a smaller window open, it isn't too bad. It is not as good as broadcast TV.

nope just have to have comcast high speed internet

That is f***ing awesome!

Since I get to see every Sox game though, I think I'll use my 30 days on the last month of baseball, so I can see some pennant race games, and see all sorts of plays of the game and extended highlights and :D :D :D :D!

Oy, just read the fine print. Offer extended through July 31st. So if I start it up on July 31st, I'd be able to use it throughout August?

Mr. Zero, Frank has hit another homerun since you last updated your signature.

Yeah, I know. ;)

Laziness got the best of me. :)

I bought the games for the Cubs series and it was fine picture. Only 60 bucks for the remainder of the season, I'd say its probably worth it
