    Incidents ON PARK PROPERTY over the past 3 years - 182 to 94, USCF has more.

    How 'bout expanding that to the surrounding neighborhoods?

    Well, at least they admitted that they slanted the survey by not including the neighborhoods...recognizing that they HAVE a problem is the first step towards the solution...
