He should get called up in September. Moving him up they could get a chance to see him in a few games to see if he really has turned a corner.

 

Also, if you have a guy finish in MLB but start the following year in the minors, does that count as an option used? Cuz i noticed Ruddy Yan WAS on the 40 man roster, and if he is as fast as advertised, he could be useful in September strictly as a pinch runner. Only, of course, if it wouldnt count as an option used the following spring
