July 17, 200421 yr Just saw on SportsCenter that Heatley was indicted on vehicular homicide charges. ( Pretty sure he siad "homicide", and not "manslaughter", but I could be wrong ) Allegedly was driving between 60-90 MPH in a residential area at the time. Former Wolves player Dan Snyder was killed in the crash, for those who may not recall. No maximum sentence on this charge, so the judge would have a lot of leeway if it got to sentencing.
