BTW, this was before the 2 hit shutout from Buehrle.

Good read. Thanks for posting it. I'm really excited about having Freddy and Mark as our 1 and 2 for the next 3 years at least. Oh, and Mark better not leave us for the Cards when he becomes as free agent.

Nice little article though I think they would revise it if they had the chance to see Mark tonight. What a game. :headbang

Chances of that happening are very slim if we can really string something huge together here. Everyone wants to be on a winning ballclub with superb chemistry. If the Sox can get some major winning in here (they've already got the chemistry down cold), he won't ever want to leave!

Anyways, that was a good read. It's great that guys like Konerko are getting major accolades. Konerko deserves it! Perhaps Joe Torre should read the top of this article!!!

Paul Konerko is on pace for 43 homers and 112 RBI this season.

Hopefully he will put up those numbers.

If this did happen, Mark Mulder leaving Oakland for the southside would ease the pain a little bit. ;)

MB has always been solid. Even during the darkest days of last season I was never worried about him.
