The thunderstorm on Tuesday, IIRC, totally messed up my modem. So we called a technician (butchered that, sp...) and got a new modem, new router, new everything, basically. Just wanted to know - how do I adjust, well, I don't know what I'd be adjusting - but - on this site, when I read a thread, and hit PaleHose Talk, I want to be able to tell which posts I've read, and which I haven't read (usually indicated by a darkened arrow meaning unread, light-shaded meaning read). Can someone help me out?

Dude, you're out of luck because your cookies got wiped when you reinstalled everything.

Happy reading. ;)

Check to be certain you are logged in. If you are not being "auto logged in", and listed as Guest at the top of the page, almost all the features will not work. Once you started this thread you are logged in, did it change?

Even if you lost all your cookies, you'll only have this problem for a day or two, really, because you'll have read almost everything on the front pages of the different forums.
