Last week, Kansas City and Baltimore were rumored to be interested in McCardell. McCardell's agent refused to either confirm or deny the current rumor involving Chicago. Bucs GM Bruce Allen, however, has been adamant in insisting that so far, no other NFL team has approached him concerning McCardell.
