Has anyone ever had a cat dewormed? They had our new little guy dewormed just a precaution, and he has had the runs really bad since he got home. Is this a side effect of the shot?

Yes

Yep. The deworming stuff pretty much pushes everything out. EVERYTHING.

By the way it's a good idea to scoop and save it incase the cat has problems over the next couple days. A zip lock with a little litter will be fine.
