September 23, 200421 yr Author especially when you lose . . . The problem is, EVERY SINGLE PERSON at this company loses, except the CEO. It's all an ego-trip. That's the sad thing. This company is in the medical field and could be making a whole lot more then it is, but creativity and real management is thwarted by one person here. It's sick.
