I've heard a rumor that the Chiefs may try to get Rice. Giving up Larry Johnson for Rice and a draft pick.

Wow if the Chiefs give Larry Johnson and a pick that would be huge for the Black and Silver. Johnson is going to be a f***ing stud. Plus the Chiefs need a proven reciever. It would work for both teams.

I was meaning that the Chiefs would give Johnson for Rice and also receive a draft pick. Sorry if I didn't make it understandable.

Also I don't see two rivals trading with each other. I couldn't see why Kansas City would want to trade Johnson who I think will be good to a team in their own division. They'd play against Johnson who would have a chip on his shoulder twice a year

Very true... it wouldn't be likely those 2 would trade but it could work for both of them. I doubt the Chiefs would want to give the Raiders that kind of potential for Rice and a pick. I would see more the Lions or someone in major need of a reciever swinging a deal for Rice instead.

Yeah I think Rice to the Lions seems to be the most logical place to go. The Chiefs are trying to get rid of Johnson and there have been rumors about a Johnson for McKardell trade down in Tampa Bay. That would be the more logical trade for the Chiefs. McKardell has more years left and they would only have to see Johnson once every 4 years.
