March 25, 200323 yr Livan is average. He played in the best pitcher's park in the majors and he's still average at best (His road ERA was almost a run higher last season). He'll be very lucky to match his 12-16 record and his 4.38 ERA. But since the 'spos get him for almost nothing and only have to dish out 300K this can only be a good thing for them.

Too bad the Expos don't have a prayer of making it to the playoffs because Livan is a different pitcher come postseason.

All I'm saying is he'd of been one awesome pick up for 300 k a year or so. This is a guy that throws innings, is known to be clutch, and would really fit in great giving Wright time to get healthy and if Loiaza fell back down to earth we'd have tons of depth. Damn, that would of been sweet.
