November 1, 200421 yr I saw that one coming.... By the way your mom was good at bobbing for some apples. And by meaning apples, I am not talking about the fruit either... If your nuts are as big as apples, that's usually not a good thing. You should talk to your doctor.
November 1, 200421 yr Author If your nuts are as big as apples, that's usually not a good thing. You should talk to your doctor. Good one...
November 1, 200421 yr Big catch DT sets up a 53 yarder for Paulie. Let's go Edinger, off the crossbar!
November 1, 200421 yr On the radio, they're talking about how incredible the turnout from Chicago fans is. After all, the Cubs kept drawing despite all the losing... :rolly
November 1, 200421 yr Author No good... Why not run a couple yards. You had 1 T.O. left! Four secs. You can try to screen it!
November 1, 200421 yr Mixed emotions about that first half...started out so good, then it went bad and then it was mediocre but then i started to realize we're playing the 49ers and the whole game should be like that first pass.
November 1, 200421 yr No good... Why not run a couple yards. You had 1 T.O. left! Four secs. You can try to screen it! A screen with four seconds left......? And the point of that would be? (Considering that just as the RB caught the ball, he'd have to dive to the ground immediately, and time would probably be gone by then.)
November 1, 200421 yr Author A screen with four seconds left......? And the point of that would be? (Considering that just as the RB caught the ball, he'd have to dive to the ground immediately, and time would probably be gone by then.) When was the last time Edinger hit a 53 yard FG?

I'm pretty happy w/ it. It's all academic at this point, and I'm just happy that Krenzel seems capable, and that Urlacher's getting pressure (actually, that anyone's getting pressure!). The fumble was huge, but overall, I'm just glad that it's not a disaster.
November 1, 200421 yr When was the last time Edinger hit a 53 yard FG? :dips*** At least you try for the points instead of running out the clock.

November 1, 200421 yr When was the last time Edinger hit a 53 yard FG? I don't understand. He hit a 52 yarder earlier in the game. Is the limit that absolute?
November 1, 200421 yr Like it was last year when these two teams met? That was an ugly damn game That's exactly what I was thinking of -- sort of a combo of that game plus Quinn against the Redskins.
November 1, 200421 yr Author I don't understand. He hit a 52 yarder earlier in the game. Is the limit that absolute? Yea...He got help on that one... He can't kick the ball off a tee that goes 50 yards. So why get a better shot by throwing straight to the out of bounds marker. He might get a second on the clock so that would give him a little more comfy at the FG.
November 1, 200421 yr All Sunday/Monday night games should be outdoors. They're so much cooler that way.
November 1, 200421 yr When was the last time Edinger hit a 53 yard FG? So you run a screen...? And he just made a 52 yarder on the previous try. You figure he could give a bit more mmph onto it to get it one yard further.
November 1, 200421 yr Author Chunky Chili looks good. They are promoting the hell out of that during the game...
