December 12, 200421 yr I found this interesting, per Rotoworld: Coco Crisp is the top candidate to replace Matt Lawton in the leadoff spot for the Indians. At the moment, the best guess is that the Indians will run out the following lineup on Opening Day: LF Crisp, 2B Ronnie Belliard, DH Travis Hafner, C Victor Martinez, RF Casey Blake, 1B Ben Broussard, 3B Aaron Boone, SS Jhonny Peralta, CF Grady Sizemore. Ryan Ludwick should be the fourth outfielder, at least until Jody Gerut is healthy. I don't get what happen to Jody Gerut. I know he's had injury problems, but he was their starting RF for awhile. I would figure they would want him starting, I just don't get his drop off.
December 12, 200421 yr Gerut had a "fallback" year, probably due in large part to injuries, but it is kinda weird that he'd fall THAT far. Not even the 4th OF, that's odd.
