How many people tell all when they are still employed?

To be honest with you, its always "suspicious timing." If he had told all before November 2nd, would that have made the timing any less suspicious? He's not the first person who's said the HSD is full of problems. He's not the first person who's said that HSD isn't doing the right things to get this country safer. But he is one with a lot of credibility - the guy responsible for reporting these kind of problems. He did do that during his short tenure, and now he's out of a job.
