January 6, 200521 yr I was on the phone with them as it happened, but I now saved the number into my cell phone so if it goes out I can quickly call them up and handle it. January 7, 200521 yr Naaah. Not his fault at all. I am shocked though at the amount of RAM this thing uses. All will be well tomorrow after the memory upgrade.
