Workouts almost every day, etc. I wasn't paying extremely close attention, but the one part that stuck out for me was that Spidale said his goal was to make the AAA team. I thought that was funny because a lot of us on here have already penciled him in for that AAA OF this upcoming year.

January 15, 200521 yr Spidale was named by Sports Weekly as right up there with Anderson and Sweeney as the top Sox position prospects. I didn't know Mike was 23, same age as Anderson
January 15, 200521 yr I was impressed with both of them. They seemed to have their heads on straight and spoke very well. They work out at the Bulls Sox Academy. I have to check that place out. All i hear is good things about that place.
