Windows Media Player Question

Featured Replies

Recently, any video's that I open in either WMP, or Real only appear in black and white. However, when I open them in Quicktime, they show up in color. I've tried searching on the Microsoft website and got no answers.

Any ideas?

What version of Windows Media Player do you have?

Did you check all the video settings within WMP? It sounds like something in there might be off. Also does this happen with certain video types or everything?

It just started happening today, up until now everything was running fine. So I know I haven't changed any of my settings. I did check though.
