Alan Keyes In the News Yet Again

Maya is the daughter of wingnut supreme (and the doormat Barack Obama wiped his feet on before heading to the Senate) Alan Keyes. Oliver Willis points out that Maya has officially come out of the closet, and her family kicked her out. So much for compassionate conservatism.

But remember, only gay parents raise gay kids

Typical.

Must have been poor upbringing - definately the parents' fault.

I'd venture that Keyes has just committed political suicide.

I think that people stopped taking him seriously after he tried to carpet-bag his way into Congress Hillary-style. It's unfortunate, as would've been a much better role model for minority children than many of the other Chicago-area African-American politicians.

Nice to see Alan actually reads his bible at all. It pisses me off when people ignore what's in that book, yet act like they care what is saids. No where in there does it say to disown your family if they sin. As a matter of a fact, just the opposite.
