It's not 100% official yet, because the race was close enough to allow the Maltese Machine to contest the results and get a recount. First thing Dominick did was vow to remove Ed Vrdolyak from any position of influence or employment in Cicero politics. Politically, Cicero is even more f***ed-up than the Daley Empire, and THAT's hard to do.
