Actually the reason they satarted doing this is because players were selling this. Canseco had in his contract with Tampa Bay that if/when he got in the Hall he'd wear a Devil Rays hat. I'm glad they did it.

 

I thought I remembered hearing it was because of Boggs potentially going into the Hall as a DRay, since he got his 3000th hit with them.

 

Either way, both would be pretty bad, quite frankly.

As Much as I love Fisker.. The world see him as a REd Sox not a White Sox.. All because of that 75 series.

 

 

I actually agree with you Anthrax. Fisk was, is and forever will be my favorite player. I wasn't that upset with his decision to go in as a Red Sox. I remember him from his day on the southside and that is all I need. I was at the opener whn he threw out that first pitch. I didn't know he was going to be there and when he was introduced, well, I was like a little girl at a New Kids On The Block concert.
