Prior will miss his start tomorrow.....

Rowand singles and Uribe goes to 3rd. Pauly coming to the dish.

That was an excellent hit and run.

Paulie grounds into a double play.

Where have I heard that before? :P

Nice to know that Rowand's injury yesterday wasn't too serious.

Hairston Jr grounds out to Harris to start the bottom half of the inning.

3 pitch strikeout for Patterson, HE GAWN!

Grab some bench Corey.

Backwards K on that one.

Nomar hits a deep fly off the wall for a double.

MB is in midseason form already. That warms my heart :)

Bob Brenley - "Buehrle is the first Sox pitcher to lead the league in innings since another Sox pitcher."

Ramierz with a harmless grounder to Paulie to end the inning.

Mark looking crisp.

I see Brenley is honoring the Harry Carey tradition of nonsensical babbling.

Gald to see I wasn't the only one to hear that.

The best part about it was he said it all suprised.

"Buehrle is the first Sox pitcher to the league in innings pitched since another Sox pticher Wilbur Wood?"

"I'm Ron Burgandy?"

For the record, I like Brenley. The other guy is kind of a dope though. And Cub fans that I've talked to aren't impressed by him either.

AJ strikes out.

Although I must say he looks damn good in the Silver and Black.

My goodness this Dempster works quickly.

By working this quickly it seems he's been catching the Sox hitters off guard. The Pierzynski at bat was a perfect example. By the time AJ got out of the box, swung, and dug back in, the ball was already on its way to the plate.

Buehrle throwing some fat ones.

6-3 DP ends the inning.

Derek Lee scores on a DuBouis bloop single into LF.

I just want to say, although Buehrle got touched up for a run that inning...Buehrle pitching and Pierzynski receiving brings a tear to my eye.

Bob Brenly replaced one tool (Chip Carey) with another. :headshake

Does Mark have the green light to steal?

Uribe goes deep!!!! :snr

You can put it on the boardddddddddd...YES!

Uribe with a 2R HR!!!

Ball bounced off Burnitz's glove over the fence in RF.

Uribe barely clears the right field fence as the ball goes off Burnitz's glove.

2-1 Sox, yes!

what better way to procrastinate doing my work than watching a sox game?

i'm loving it.
