What kind of a league are you in? Is it a 5X5 or is it bigger?

 

Initially I would say do it. Drop Ponson quick. There has got to be better options than that. Santana is going to get you a ton of stats, and Lee+Patterson will put up Bonds power numbers, plus get you steals. Carpender always is an injury threat, as is Wickman.

It appears you are getting way too much. Bonds is a stud, but Cabrera is only a decent SS, Carpenter is okay assuming he is healthy (big assumption), and Wickman is one of the weaker closers. I'd be surprised if he took it.

Would you trade away RJ for Ben Sheets? I'm thinking Randy can't have as good a year this year and Sheets is going to be showcasing most of the season. Would you do it?

I wouldn't make the trade straight up, Randy has more value. Personally I'd hang on to Randy, but if you want Sheets try to find a a later round pick (at the highest 6 I would say) you like on the guy's team.
