March 16, 200521 yr http://rotoworld.com/content/playerpages/p...ort=MLB&id=6191 Latest News Mar. 16, 2005 - 2:39 pm et Astros waived RHP Pete Munro. Munro was the early favorite to be the Astros' fifth starter, but he wasn't showing much this spring. By cutting him now, the Astros only owe him one-sixth of his $700,000 salary. Munro could resurface as a middle reliever with another team. Tim Redding is probably the current favorite to occupy the final spot in Houston's rotation.
March 17, 200521 yr OH NO, HE WAS MY FANTASY ACE!!! I dont know if anyone gives a s*** except for the Munro family...
March 17, 200521 yr If I'm the Sox, I would pick him up. Heck he can't be that bad. If anything he'll add to minor league depth.
