Viva La Sox Revolution

This is gonna be a fun summer. I have a feeling that attendance will skyrocket and if (and a big if) we do well next weekend at the shrine we will start gaining Chicago's attention. This could lead to a big change in the amount of Sox fans in the city add that with media attention and Cubs futility and the new renovations and Chicago is ripe for a change. WE NEED TO WIN THOUGH!!!!! :gosox1: :bringit :gosox2:

I feel the same. I am going to the Wrigley game on Sunday and I hope so bad that we win this series.

I was at the 4th of July Sunday night ESPN game last year when we were swept. Walking through the drunken streets of Wrigleyville, was a very depressing night getting jeered by their idiot fans. I just want the team to do what it has to and take the series.

Beating the Cubs won't help or hurt attendance. Staying in 1st place with one of the best records in baseball is the key to the sox getting more fans to the park, as well as increased local and national attention.

I remember watching that game on ESPN. They were cutting out to people who worked at a fire house, and they were all pretty much Cub fans.

Yep and some idiots on one of the rooftops were waving brooms while wearing Nixon and Clinton masks. So Cubbie. Even my brother in law, who has Cub season tix, can't stand those kinds of ass-clown Cub fans.
