I'm not shocked that it's hovering around 30%. The guy is a total stroke. The people that didn't vote for him a few years ago still don't like him and the people that got him into office a few years ago NOW DON'T LIKE HIM.

 

This is all a set-up for his next campaign to hopefully fool Illinois voters into thinking he favors no one, not even family members, when it comes to him executing state government.

I didn't like the mope then and I don't like him now. Since I have been of voting age, there hasn't been one candidate for Illinois Governor that I thought was worthy of my vote.
